Avion on Legacy Apartments Scottsdale Frequently Asked Questions

Avion on Legacy is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.

• Pet Rent is $25 per pet, per month.
• The Pet Deposit is $200 per pet.
• There is a $200 one-time fee per pet (non-refundable).

We offer 4-18 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Any assigned parking space, whether it is covered or uncovered, is reserved for residents and any unassigned, uncovered parking spaces are for guests/visitors. We offer the following parking types at Avion on Legacy:

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:

• Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
• Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
• Uploading recent paystubs for verification.

• Housing allowance documentation
• 2 recent bank account statements
• Offer letters
• Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
• Tax forms
• Proof of assets

Avion on Legacy Apartments Scottsdale is zoned to Paradise Valley Unified District which includes the schools listed below.

Avion on Legacy offers electric vehicle charging for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.
